Problem:
I'm seeing the following message when I try to log in:
Unable to sign in. Your account has been locked out.
Please contact your system administrator for details.
How can I get my account unlocked?
Solution 1:
If you try to log into your account several times and fail, you will be locked out of your account for security reasons. The default configured lockout period is 30 minutes, which occurs after six failed login attempts within a 10 minute period, though your account lockout settings may be configured differently by your administrators.
Accounts can be unlocked by your Sumo Logic administrator via the Administration > Users and Roles page of your Sumo Logic account or you may wait out the lockout period and try your login again. If you're unable to log in after the first couple attempts after the lockout expires we suggest that you request a password reset from the Sumo Logic login page, and have a new temporary password emailed to you. You can then use this new password to log into your account.
Solution 2:
A user locked out message may be displayed if your Sumo Logic org account is configured to require login via SAML authentication. When SAML authentication is required the Sumo Logic login page will not work and you may receive a locked out message attempting to login via this page. in this case, you should be able to authenticate to Sumo Logic via your configured SAML provider. (Contact your local Sumo Logic administrator for more information)

It would be helpful if "account locked" message explained what is on this page.
"Accounts cannot be unlocked by an administrator" a link to a relevant article for how administrators can complete this would be helpful.
