When your Sumo Logic user account was automatically provisioned your SSO did not originally supply Sumo Logic with your First and Last Name so the First Name field was filled in with your email address instead of your actual name and the Last name field was left blank, see attached image:
Sumo Logic does not update the user record on subsequent logins via SAML so this will need to be corrected by one of your administrators within the "Administration > Users and Roles" page within your Sumo Logic account.
1.) From the left-hand navigation select "Administration" and then "Users and Roles"
2.) Locate the user account you wish to update from the list of users in your account. You can use the search and the user's email address to locate the user's account.
3.) Click on the users account to open the Edit page for that user record.
4.) Within the First and Last Name, fields make sure these are populated with the user's name.
5.) Click Save to complete the update.
Once this has been updated and saved you should then be able to access the certification pages without error.
