When SAML/SSO lockdown is enabled in your organization, all user's passwords are removed from the system.
Users who have been whitelisted will have to select the Forgot Password link from the login screen to request a new password.
At the time of adding a user to the whitelist, the Administrator may also push a password reset for the user using the following steps.
- Go to Administration > Users and Roles > Users.
- Hover over the entry for the user account and select Reset Password from the More Actions icon on the right.
- Click Confirm to send a reset password link to the user.
