Metric Parsing from OpenTelemetry Collector

Hello,

I have configured a "Sumologic HTTP Logs & Metrics" Source for collecting Metrics on Sumologic.
I am sending the metrics to the generated link through the OpenTelemetry Collector.
However, I am not able to view the Metrics in proper format. I see the data as attached.

Is there a way I can parse this data or send the data in a format using the OpenTelemetry Collector so that it can be viewed easily.

Please note that I do not have an option of using the Sumologic OpenTelemetry Collector.
