This is a repetitive problem with monitors and notifications. We have monitors set up with notifications enabled using a connection to OpsGenie.
Every once in a while, the monitors stop sending the notifications out when they are triggered.
Removing the notification and adding it back in the monitor setting seems to be resolving the issue temporarily. After a few days, the notifications stop going out again.
