Notification not sent out when monitor triggered

This is a repetitive problem with monitors and notifications. We have monitors set up with notifications enabled using a connection to OpsGenie. 

Every once in a while, the monitors stop sending the notifications out when they are triggered. 

Removing the notification and adding it back in the monitor setting seems to be resolving the issue temporarily. After a few days, the notifications stop going out again. 

Please let me know if you have experience with this issue or can help finding the root cause.

  Can you raise a ticket (if you havent already) please feel free to tag me, we just need a bit more detail to investigate this.  What will help to include is your orgid, monitor name, have you modified the monitor in between time.
