How to retrieve log files from https source?

I need to retrieve log files from BlueCoat ThreatPulse from the following url https://www.threatpulse.com/#service|bc.reporting|logDownload whats the best way to set up the collection? Thanks,

  Alex and David,

  if you want to do this manually you can just download the data from Bluecoat and then use the setup wizard to upload the files.

  If you need to automate this I would write a script that pulls this data from Bluecoat on some cadence and the posts the data to an http source:
