    Hi Jun,

    This error is typically the result of the email address for the user already being used within another account. We see that there are two accounts created under your company name. It is possible this user created another account using their email address.

    If the user created another Sumo Logic account they will need to file a support request to have the account deleted so the user email address can be freed up and added to your account.
