Collector Install Failing on the Account Cred Step
I am trying to install the collector application on a Win2008r2 box. The install works up to the Account Cred page, but gives the error "Sumo Logic is unable to authenticate using the supplied credentials. Please check the credentials and try again."
I have gone through your pre-configure page to make sure the user is a local admin, has permissions to registry keys, and that NetBIOS is enabled.
Any help would be great!

The error you are using is a rather generic error message and could happen for a number of reasons.
You can search the Forums for the error message and that would find this knowledge base article
