newrelic plugins generic events

hi

i had followed this tutorial https://sumologic.zendesk.com/entries/39198053-Installing-the-New-Relic-plug-in-for-Log-Analysis-Quick-Start

On my server the service is running

INFO: Using configuration file /opt/newrelic/genericEvents-1.0.1/config/newrelic.properties

INFO: New Relic monitor started

but after 30 minutes, got nothing in newrelic dashboard; on the left, the sumologic plugins didn't loaded at all

here the newrelic.properties:

licenseKey = xxxxx2a6befdf1aec4a13861b36c95d3f7xxxxxx

here the sumologic.properties:

SumoLogicUser = xxx @xxxxx.fr

SumoLogicPassword = NUT8f8d5xxxxxxxx

SumoDashboardDelay = 10

componentLabel = Log Analysis

metricPrefix = SumoLogic/App/LogAnalysisQuickStart/

I am on debian 7 64 bit.

What is my mistake ?

  We will reach out directly to you. First you need to have the Log Analysis QuickStart app http://www.sumologic.com/applications/quickstart/ in your account before using the plugin.

  hi,

  the application is already installed and got a collector.

  I can do search on the logs.
