How to programmatically update published report.

In our continuous integration environment, the 'production instance' is a moving target.  When production changes, I would like to programmatically update the published daily Sumo reports to target this new production environment instance.  Easy to do manually, but better done through automation.

ideas?

  Ron,

  Have you looked at using source categories on your sources to do that by including say "prod" on the end? That you can update with the collector API, and then your searches could do something like "_sourceCategory=*prod | parse something". Make sense?
