What is the quota for sending data to Hosted HTTP Collectors?

    A 429 from an HTTP source is typically due to account limit throttling. This is going to be caused by a combination of all sources within your account and how much total data is being sent to the service. If you are sending data at a rate that is x times your allowable account limits the throttling will kick in.

    Its possible that your other sources were not sending quite as much data when the higher spike on your HTTP source happened, so the throttling was not kicked in on that occurrence.
