Dashboard does not reflect the search query

Hi .. I am new to Sumologic ..
I created a query with timeslice for 24hours ..The query returns 300 results ..I created a panel and added to live Dashboard and published it ..However , when I open the dashboard , I see that it returns only 2 users ...Why is there a discrepancy between the query results and the data in dashboard ? Appreciate any help

  I'm having the same issue: both Dashboard & search query has 24hours period, no filters in Dashboard.

  Any ideas why there is such divergence ?
