Is there any way to force an immediate run of a saved search that alerts via webhook?

  Yes - this is maddening to have to work around when trying to test webhook/slack notifications for a scheduled search.

  Ideally for me I want to be able to trigger it and optionally specify a search data - as I'm often creating a scheduled search as a mitigation for an issue where the query will currently return no results and not trigger, but would trigger if the query were run a couple of days ago.

  Agree. This is frustrating. Please make a way to trigger it. Also, it seems like there are some error conditions that are not surfaced, e.g. if the payload is not formatted to spec.
