    Hi Vikram,

    Could you try checking the the "Use Receipt Time" box that is right below your time range settings in the upper right corner of the search interface. 

    Do any results pop up?

    I tried selecting "Use Receipt Time". I dont see any search results.

    Thanks for clarifying. How long of a time range did you use when you ran the search?

    Also what kind of browser are you using?

    I tried with "1 ,15 minute" but no luck.

    I am using crome browser.

    Hi Vikram,

    Could you try running a search over the last  7 days with "Use Receipt Time" enabled? And if no results show up could you file a support ticket so someone can take a closer look?
