Unable to Add Collector
We are on a Sumo Logic free plan. I am not the account owner but am an administrator (which is a role that has all capabilities). When I go to Manage Data > Collection, all the links to Add Collector, Upgrade Collectors, Access Keys, etc are greyed out and cannot be clicked. We do have one hosted http collector that has a single source already defined. I cannot add a new source to that existing collector either. Any ideas why I do not have access to add hosted collectors?

Hi Jason,
I know you said you have the administrator role, but can you double check your permissions with the account owner? These items being grayed out signifies that you don't have permission to manage collectors.
1 - Double check that your user belongs to the "Administrator" role on the users/roles page:
2 - Double check that the "Administrator" role (or whichever role you belong) has the "Manage Collectors" role checked:
