Live dashboard keeps turning off Live Mode even though it's viewed once a week
Hi Support,
I have a live dashboard we use to monitor our platform server health, and we review these metrics once a week in a team meeting, but every time we go to view the dashboard, Live Mode has been turned off. It gives me an error stating that either the dashboard hasn't been viewed in 30 days (even though I review it at least once a week) or we have too many live panels turned on, which our organization has not yet breached according to our monitoring team (and this dashboard contains 24 live panels). Can you please help me figure out why my dashboard is consistently turned off once a week?

Hi Hunter,
I'm very sorry about your current experience. We'll E-Mail you directly to have a discussion about this.
In general, the reason you're running into this problem is because you have a lot of real-time alerts being executed by other users, which is eating up the quota that you have for running live dashboards. Both real-time alerts and live dashboard panels count towards an account-level, system-imposed limitation: number of continuous queries (CQ's) being executed. When you reach the CQ limit, we have logic to shut down live dashboard panels based on the last time they were accessed.
Thanks
Latimer
