Unknown AWS Account ID

Can anyone help? 

What would cause logs that are being ingested to show up as unknown? This is only happening to one AWS account. For the account id number, the only thing shown is 'unknown'. 

Example: 

"timestamp":1530205767000,"message":"2 unknown"

This is not happening to any of the other 20+ AWS Accounts being logged.

  This most likely to be an AWS configuration issue. It's best to consult with an AWS support person on this. Sumo Logic ingests data as is. Good luck!
