Msgid field for Cloud Syslog Collector
I am trying to configure a system to send data to Cloud syslog collector. I've read the documentation here: https://help.sumologic.com/Send-Data/Sources/02Sources-for-Hosted-Collectors/Cloud-Syslog-Source
I'm running into a problem where the system that is sending the data won't allow me to set the MSGID to a value longer than 32 characters but it does require a message ID. The docs on the sumo side say that if the field won't accept more than 32 characters to put the token into the message (which I've done), but what do I put in the MSGID field since I cannot omit it?
Unfortunately the SAAS system I'm trying to configure doesn't give me any debugging tools and has minimal configuration options but I haven't been able to get the messages to come through.
Any advice?

I updated the Signon URL value to "https://test.salesforce.com/services/oauth2/token" but no change. I'm still getting the same error.
