In the process of configuring the script action in the installed collector, what should be the input of the command for powershell script file(.ps1)?

  Script Actions do not currently have a command option for Powershell. What you will need to do is wrap your powershell command/script within a .bat file and then call that .bat using the "Windows" command option of the script action.
