Is there visibility from the new audit index to query how often (and by who) shared dashboards and reports are accessed?

In the processing of doing some much needed cleanup and it would be great to know which of dashboards/reports that have been shared across the organization are being utilized.

  From the UI, you can query the audit index for the view stats on externally shared dashboards using this query:

  _index=sumologic_audit and _sourceName=REPORT "Viewed Report"

  However, the same type of statistics for the internal views isn't directly exposed.

  That being said, the Customer Success Team at Sumo Logic can generate a report that contains your internal dashboard usage, which should help you gauge which dashboards are getting used regularly.
