JSON Format

    In your first screenshot, the message JSON is actually a string value of the "message" key which is not seen as JSON. In order for Sumo to display the message content as JSON this string would need to be unquoted and unescaped JSON and be part of the parent.

    Example: Instead of 

    {"message": "\\{\"key\":\"value\"\\}"}


    This would need to be sent as the below in order for the full block to be viewed as JSON. 


    {"message": {"key":"value"}}


    You will see the same behavior if you take the raw message behind your first screenshot and post it into http://jsonlint.com

    This is something that would need to be addressed in the message formatting on the sending side.
