Cannot get any results using Log Search

    Hi Manuel - The most likely scenario here is a misconfigured or unidentified timestamp format in your events. If you select 'Use Receipt Time' (under the time picker) and run a search over a period you know you _sent_ events to Sumo Logic, I suspect you will see your events.

    Hi Ryan, thanks for your reply.

    I was checking at my logs and the dates are all in PDT and not providing timezone information in them.

    I have changed the following to America/Los Angeles -7 (DST)

    And I have unchecked this checkbox

     

    Still no luck :(
