Not able to give certification exam getting sso error
Hi I have corporate account with sumologic (Australia Post)
I login using my corporate email address, I can able to login and see my dashboards etc.
when I go to certification and click on take exam I get error as below
Someone is already using this email address. Your email: krishnanand.simhadri@auspost.com.au
Can you help me to take the exam..

Hey Krish,
One thing to check is if your email is verified:- In the bottom left of the Sumo UI, Click 'Help' then 'Community', then 'resend verification email'
- Verify your email via the link in the email Sumo sends you
- Log out of Sumo then back in and try to take the certification exam again
I have also emailed you separately to get this fixed, please let us know if you aren't able to take the exam after the above steps.
