Not able to give certification exam getting sso error

    Hey Krish,

    One thing to check is if your email is verified:

    1. In the bottom left of the Sumo UI, Click 'Help' then 'Community', then 'resend verification email'
    2. Verify your email via the link in the email Sumo sends you
    3. Log out of Sumo then back in and try to take the certification exam again

    I have also emailed you separately to get this fixed, please let us know if you aren't able to take the exam after the above steps.
