Logs-to-Metrics: distinguish between intrinsic and meta tags?

When defining a Logs-to-Metrics rule, is there a way to specify which fields should be captured as dimensions (i.e. intrinsic tags in Carbon 2.0 terms), and which as metadata (i.e. meta tags in Carbon 2.0 terms)?

We'd like to capture just a few fields as dimensions, and the rest as metadata.

  No, there's only an option to treat everything as dimensions.

  Thanks! Think I've found a way around it - aggregating the metric in question gives the results we're looking for.
