Sumo queries disappeared
I have a number of regularly used Sumo queries open in tabs which unfortunately I haven't saved.
This morning for a number of these the query text has disappeared and been replaced by a form. This appears to be a bug related to the introduction of a new Basic Mode feature for query editing. Switching to Advanced Mode using the three dots reveals a blank query edit box.
I presume these queries are now lost but if anyone has had this and knows how to retrieve please let me know.
And yes, I will be saving my queries in future!

hi Brian,
if there is a bug with basic mode as you described above the best thing to do would be to log a ticket with support so that can be investigated by the engineering team.
If you have an enterprise sumo licence and you enabled the search audit index you can query the index to retrieve any previous queries you might have run whether they were saved or not.

If you haven't enabled the index your sumo customer success team could do this for you using the query audit trail we have for your account.
