I am looking to integrate jaas tickets visibility into sumo and was wondering if anyone had advice/leads on how to do this.

I believe you are asking about how to open cases related to JASK i.e Cloud SIEM Enterprise? If yes then you can shoot an email on cse-support@sumologic.com and will create a JASK ticket which will be taken care by support representatives.
