sumologic new monitor error while saving, "error Object ID must be a valid hexadecimal string "

I am getting this error while creating a new monitor. (And I am trying to create the monitor for first time). I am not able to understand what is objectID here and please help to resolve this issue.

  Could you log out and log back into your account and then see if you continue to see this error?
