Interlocking System Support

We wonder if it is possible in Sumo Logic in the interlocking section as below.

Interlocking
  - Use the API provided by Sumo Logic to allow external systems to push data to Sumo Logic 
  - Supports API CALL commands from Sumo Logic to external systems
  - Ability to develop custom APPs and commands in Sumo Logic
